North Valley Surgery Center opens in Arizona

North Valley Surgery Center, one of the largest surgery centers in Arizona, opened in Scottsdale, according to an arizona.newszap report.

The surgery center has seven operating rooms, four GI procedure rooms and a pain management procedure ScottsdaleMayorLaneTour NVSGroom. Approximately 70 physicians and more than 100 anesthesiologists and affiliated health professionals will provide care at the facility. Sixty to 75 full-time employees will staff the center.

The surgery center is expected to perform approximately 12,000 procedures per year.

North Valley Surgery Center is a partnership between physicians, Sovereign Healthcare and Scottsdale Healthcare. Sovereign Healthcare, based in Mission Viejo, Calif., manages the center.
