Nextech hired Wyn Partington as CMO and promoted Rebecca Sanford to chief people officer. Here are five things to know.
1. Ms. Sanford was previously the senior vice president of human resources and has worked at Nextech for more than four years.
2. In her previous position, Ms. Sanford helped Nextech achieve 15 percent employee growth and recognition as a best place to work in Tampa Bay, Fla.
3. Mr. Partington has 20 years of experience in the tech industry.
4. As CMO, Mr. Partington will be responsible for product positioning, unifying the company's messaging and expanding lead generation programs.
5. After increasing its employee count by more than 10 percent in 2017, Nextech is rebranding its human resources department.
