AdvantEdge Healthcare Solutions has partnered with Kaplan University, Hagerstown, to allow Kaplan Health Information Technology and Medical Billing and Coding students to participate in its compliance training modules, according to an AHS news release.
All current AHS employees participate in these programs, which will accommodate Kaplan students in the fall of 2011. The training program consists of comprehensive overviews of important compliance topics in medical billing and practice management.
Kaplan students will particularly have the advantage to experience AHS' expertise in professional compliance and HIPAA compliance.
