For 2017, physicians need to submit one out of at least six quality measures, attest to at least one improvement activity and report on the required advancing care information measures.

- Measure #185 – Colonoscopy Interval for Patient with a History of Adenomatous Polyps – Avoidance of Inappropriate Use
- Measure #226 – Preventative Care and Screening: Tobacco Use: Screening and Cessation Intervention
- Measure #271 – Inflammatory Bowel Disease: Preventive Care: Corticosteroid Related Iatrogenic Injury – Bone Loss Assessment
- Measure #275 – Inflammatory Bowel Disease: Assessment of Hepatitis B Virus Status Before Initiating Anti-TNF Therapy
- Measure #317 – Preventive Care and Screening: Screening for High Blood Pressure and Follow-Up Documented
- Measure #320 – Appropriate Follow-Up Interval for Normal Colonoscopy in Average Risk Patients
- Measure #343 – Screening Colonoscopy Adenoma Detection Rate Measure
- Measure #374 – Closing the Referral Loop: Receipt of Specialist Report
- Measure #390 – Hepatitis C: Discussion and Shared Decision Making Surrounding Treatment Options
- Measure #401 – Hepatitis C: Screening for Hepatocellular Carcinoma in Patients with Cirrhosis
