Boston Scientific buying EndoChoice for $210M: 3 takeaways

Georgia-based EndoChoice will be purchased by Boston Scientific after the device company agreed to pay $210 million, the Boston Globe reports.

Here's what you should know.

1. Boston Scientific is going to $8-a-share for all of EndoChoice's outstanding shares.

2. Its expected the deal will close in the fourth quarter. EndoChoice will then become part of Boston Scientific's endoscopy business.

3. EndoChoice had $75 million in sales for 12 months on June 30.
