Avera Marshall (Minn.) and Willmar, Minn.-based Carris Health plan to integrate the Carris Health clinic and same-day surgery center in Marshall into Avera Marshall, the West Central Tribune reports.
Here's what you should know:
1. On Sept. 17, the two organizations announced they signed a letter of intent to integrate the facilities after finalizing several details.
2. The integration is expected to be completed Jan. 1, 2019.
3. Carris Health has 26 physicians and advanced practice professionals at its Marshall location.
