John C. Molina stepped down from Molina Healthcare's board of directors Feb. 26. He was the last Molina family member associated with the company.

1. Mr. Molina served on the board of directors since 1994. He held several other company positions, including CFO and treasurer, until May 2017.
2. Mr. Molina founded Pacific6, an investment and development partnership, which he oversees.
3. Board Chairman Dale Wolf said, "We are grateful for John Molina's contributions to the company and wish him the best as he pursues other endeavors."
