1. Ms. Howlett replaces Brad Keyes, who retired in December 2017. She worked with Mr. Keyes for several years.
2. Ms. Howlett previously served as a project manager at SwedishAmerican Health System. She also has 15 years of experience in design, compliance and construction management.
3. An alumna of the University of Illinois, Ms. Howlett is certified as a Fire Plans Examiner, Healthcare Facility Manager and plans examiner.
