  1. Montecito Medical acquired a medical office building housing a surgery center in Arlington, Texas, and a medical office building with two ASCs in Austin, Texas.
  2. Flagship Healthcare Trust, a Charlotte, N.C.-based outpatient healthcare real estate investment company, acquired a Wilmington, N.C.-based surgery center leased by Wilmington SurgCare.
  3. The Mid-Town Surgery Center in Houston was sold.
  4. Vail-Summit (Colo.) Orthopaedics & Neurosurgery acquired Gunnison, Colo.-based Alpine Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine and became the majority owner of Gunnison-based Alpine Surgery Center.
  5. JLL Income Property Trust acquired a 87,000-square-foot medical office building with an ASC in Richmond, Va., for about $52 million.
  6. A Jacksonville, Fla.-based medical office building housing the First Coast Surgery Center was sold to USCOFW 4035 Southpoint Boulevard for $11.2 million.
  7. The Tualatin (Ore.) Surgery Center was sold.
  8. A two-story medical office building housing the Weston Outpatient Surgical Center in Weston, Fla., was sold for $17.2 million.
