Tuscaloosa, Ala.-based Taylorville Family Medicine is closing after 26 years, according to a notice posted on the practice’s Facebook page.
The practice was founded by Jennifer Burdette, MD, 26 years ago. The notice doesn’t give a closure date or a reason for the closure.
The practice said it will post information on medical records, future appointments and medication refills within the next week.
