The groundbreaking is scheduled for Oct. 16.
The medical group will occupy 22,000 square feet of the building, and will relocate its operations from its current Coon Rapids location to the new building.
The project is expected to complete in June 2013.
North Suburban Eye Specialists provides services in general ophthalmology, refractive surgery, cataract surgery, glaucoma surgery and eye-related disease treatments through its locations in Coon Rapids and Blaine, and through surgical privileges at hospitals in the Twin Cities metropolitan area.
