Parker Cornea breaks ground on ophthalmology ASC

The Parker Cornea Eye Institute has broken ground on a 6,500-square-foot ASC in Birmingham, Ala. 

The ophthalmology-focused facility will include two operating rooms, patient recovery areas and administrative space, according to a Nov. 19 news release from Doster Construction, the company building the ASC. 

Liberty Park Eye Center is expected to be completed in summer 2026.
