Columbus Regional breaks ground on 68K-square-foot surgery center, MOB

Whiteville, N.C.-based Columbus Regional Healthcare System has broken ground on a 68,000-square-foot medical office building and surgical care center in Leland, N.C.

The new facility, Advanced Care-Leland, will offer services including primary care, orthopedics and urology, according to a Dec. 4 Facebook post from the health system.

Construction is expected to be completed in December 2026.
