Lawrenceville, Ga.-based Northside Hospital Gwinnett is expanding outpatient care in the region through the construction of several new medical office buildings and an ASC. 

Remedy Medical Properties and Medical Facilities Holdings have completed a 59,741-square-foot medical office building in San Antonio, Texas, that is anchored by a Physician Surgical Network Affiliates ASC, according to a July 5 report from REBusiness Online.

The Virginia Department of Health has approved surgery provider MedRVA Healthcare's request to build a $15.4 million surgery center in Chester, Va., Richmond BizSense reported July 3. 

Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics announced the opening of its new 37,992-square-foot surgery center located in Chattanooga, Tenn., on June 29.

Real estate company JLL Capital Markets has arranged a joint venture between Sendero Capital and Angelo Gordon that will allow for $300 million in outpatient real estate investment over the next two years, according to a June 30 report from Boston Real Estate Times. 

Orlando, Fla.-based Bliss Healthcare Services is seeking approval to build a three-story, 78,154-square-foot medical office building that would feature four drive-up "in-car-care" suites, according to a June 30 report from the Orlando Business Journal.
