Here’s what you need to know.
1. Dr. Lowe began his position April 1, 2017.
2. Dr. Lowe is returning to Washington University after a tenure at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, where he was the director of pediatric gastroenterology division. He worked at Washington University for nearly two decades before joining the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.
3. In his new position, Dr. Lowe will focus on expanding the pediatric outpatient program to satellite facilities throughout Missouri, while restructuring ambulatory clinics and improving access to care.
4. Dr. Lowe said in a release, “The most important reason to expand the pediatric outpatient program is to make our excellent physicians more accessible to children in the region.”
