US News & World Report’s top 10 hospitals for pediatric gastroenterology

U.S. News & World Report released its top pediatric gastroenterology hospital rankings.

U.S. News & World Report determined the rankings by considering liver transplant outcomes, patient volume and prevention of intensive care unit infections along with several other metrics, Pediatric specialists and subspecialists also recommended hospitals which were factored into the survey results.

Here are the top 10 hospitals for pediatric gastroenterology with their overall score:

1. Boston Children’s Hospital: 100
2. Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia: 96.3
3. Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center: 92.8
4. Texas Children’s Hospital (Houston): 91.6
5. Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC: 89.1
6. Children’s Hospital Colorado (Aurora): 88.4
7. Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago: 87.5
8. Children’s Hospital Los Angeles: 87.5
9. Johns Hopkins Children’s Center (Baltimore): 86.2
10. New York-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley-Komansky Children’s’ Hospital: 85.6
