Dr. Kaul’s clinical interests include advanced therapeutic endoscopy, endoscopic ultrasound, ERCP, esophageal endotherapy and hepatobiliary disease. His work has been published in a number of journals such as Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, The American Journal of Gastroenterology and Liver Transplantation.
Dr. Kaul has won numerous awards over the course of his career, including the Maimonides Society’s Scientific Paper Best Manuscript Award. He has also achieved outstanding overall annual proficiency rating as teaching and clinical staff at the Syracuse (N.Y.) Veterans Administration Medical Center from 2001 to 2008.
Dr. Kaul attended medical school at Delhi University in New Delhi, India. He completed his internal medicine residency at SUNY-Downstate Medical University in New York and a gastroenterology fellowship at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia.
