Dr. Canipe earned her medical degree at Emory University in Atlanta. She went on to complete her resident at Emory University Medical Center, also in Atlanta. She underwent her gastroenterology, hepatology and nutrition fellowship training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn.
Dr. Canipe focuses on pancreas and bile duct disorders, Barrett’s esophagus, GI malignancies and small bowel abnormalities, according to the report.
