Dr. Edmundowicz’s clinical interests include biliary and pancreatic disease, endosonography, gastrointestinal bleeding, Barrett’s esophagus, sphincter of oddi manometry, interventional/biliary endoscopy and endoscopic ultrasound. His primary area of research is endoscopic therapy for obesity.
Dr. Edmundowicz serves as the senior associate editor of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, and his work has appeared in numerous prestigious journals, including Pancreas and Surgical Endoscopy.
Dr. Edmundowicz earned his medical degree at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and completed his residency at Washington University School of Medicine, where he also completed his gastroenterology fellowship.
