Dr. Naon is actively involved in research, and his ongoing research work centers on the MET signaling system, autism and gastroenterology dysfunction, correlation of MR enterography and endoscopy in the evaluation of inflammatory bowel disease as well as the role of esophageal capsule endoscopy and the evaluation of pediatric patients with esophageal varices. His work has been published in peer-reviewed journals such as The American Journal of Gastroenterology.
Dr. Naon earned his medical degree at the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology in Israel. He completed his residency at University of California Irvine Medical Center and his pediatric GI fellowship at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
