1. Dr. Evans earned his medical degree from Philadelphia-based University of Pennsylvania. He completed a residency at Madison-based University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics and a fellowship at Detroit-based Henry Ford Hospital.
2. He treats an array of gastrointestinal diseases, including gastroesophageal reflux disease, inflammatory bowel disease and irritable bowel syndrome.
3. Dr. Evans will see patients at Idaho Physicians Clinic at Bingham Memorial Medical Plaza in Blackfoot, and at Physicians & Surgeons Clinic of Pocatello (Idaho).
