CRH Medical’s Q3 revenues total $11.6M: 7 things to know

CRH Medical announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2015.

Here are seven things to know:

1. The company’s total revenues for the quarter ended Sept. 30,  were $11.6 million as compared to $2.2 million for the same period last year.

2. Total revenues for the first three quarters of 2015 were $32.1 million. Comparatively, total revenues in the first three quarters of 2014 were $6.2 million.

3. Revenues from anesthesia services were $9.1 million in the quarter, while revenues from product sales were $2.4 million.

4. Total adjusted operating expenses were $5.7 million, an increase of $4.2 million from the third quarter of 2014.

5. Operating EBITDA attributable to shareholders of the company for the quarter was $5.7 million, an increase of $5.03 million over Q3 2014.

6. Operating EBITDA attributable to shareholders for the year ended Sept. 30, 2015 was $16.6 million, an increase of $14.6 million from the comparable period last year.

7. The increases in EBITDA are primarily a reflection of CRH Medical’s newly acquired anesthesia service providers offset by a net increase in product and corporate operating expenses.
