Fairmont, W.Va.-based Valley Health System and East Mountain Health Physicians partnered to build a 40,000-square-foot ambulatory care center in Winchester, W.Va., The Journal reports.
What you should know:
1. The care center will cost approximately $17 million.
2. The groups expect the center will be completed in early 2020.
3. The groups will offer outpatient services at the center.
4. Services will include minor injury and illness treatment, occupational health and primary care for chronic illness management.
5. The groups opted for Martinsburg to accommodate unmet demand.
