University of Minnesota Health to open $165M Health Clinics & Surgery Center: 3 things to know

Next week, University of Minnesota Health, based in Minneapolis, will open a new, 342,000-square-foot facility, according to a Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal report.

Here are three things to know about the Health Clinics and Surgery Center.

1. The building will house 10 operating rooms and physicians practicing in 37 different specialties, according to the report.

2. The project cost a total of $165 million.

3. University of Minnesota Health consolidated a number of its clinics in this new building.
