The majority of the Limestone County Commission is calling to cut funding to the hospital, according to the report. The commissioners plan to cut the hospital’s funding from $1.5 million per fiscal year to $134,000 for fiscal years 2015 to 2016 and 2016 to 2017.

The reduction in funding could delay the project.
