Plymouth Meeting ASC files for $100k in financing

Plymouth Meeting Ambulatory Surgical Center in Conshohocken, Pa., has filed form D for $100,500 in equity financing, according to an OCTA Finance report.

Joseph Bilson, president of the surgery center, filed the form, according to the report. The center is expected to raise the full amount of the financing offer.
