9 ASC real estate sales worth $10M+ in 2019

Here are nine ASC property sales Becker's ASC Review has covered so far this year:

October

1. A medical office building with a surgery center in Bloomington, Ill., was sold to GAHC4 Bloomington II MOB for $18.2 million, a real estate investment company.

August

2. Broe Real Estate Group acquired Englewood, Colo.-based Dry Creek Medical Office Building for $15.6 million. The building is 80 percent leased, with tenants including Dry Creek Surgery Center and Center for Women's Health.

3. Summit Orthopedics' surgery center building in Eagan, Minn., was sold for $29.4 million. 

July

4. Forest Surgery Center's medical office facility in San Jose, Calif., changed hands for $13.5 million.

May

5. A private investor paid $14.5 million in cash for a Portland-area medical office building and ASC property.

6. Real estate investment trust Welltower purchased Jacksonville, Fla.-based CenterOne Surgery Center's medical office building for $25.7 million from CNL Healthcare Properties. 

7. An Overland Park, Kan.-based medical office building housing Mid-America Surgery Center was sold for $15.4 million.

March

8. CNL Healthcare Properties II sold the medical office building housing Orlando, Fla.-based Mid-America Surgery Center to HCP Medical Office Buildings for $15.4 million.

February

9. Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic made $1 billion worth of strategic investments in 2018, including a surgery center project.
