Colorado real estate group acquires $15.6M medical office building with surgery center

Broe Real Estate Group acquired Englewood, Colo.-based Dry Creek Medical Office Building for $15.6 million, the Colorado Real Estate Journal reports.

Denver-based Broe will invest $2 million into the building to attract tenants. The building is 80 percent leased, with tenants including Dry Creek Surgery Center and Center for Women’s Health. Broe signed two long-term lease agreements with two unspecified tenants. The other leases roll over within the next three years.

Broe plans to upgrade the building’s landscaping, paint, parking lot and roof. Broe will also upgrade the building’s HVAC and elevator cab.
