Becker's ASC Review has reported on three ASC acquisitions in the past month:
- Atlanta-based Piedmont Healthcare acquired an ASC as part of a four-hospital sale with Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare.
- Orlando (Fla.) Health acquired Leesburg, Fla.-based FHV Health, which includes a multispecialty practice with 19 physicians and 10 locations.
- Investment group Savlan Capital recently purchased six outpatient medical office buildings for $13.4 million.
