Dr. Schemmer is a partner with Fischer Schemmer Silbiger & Moraczewski in Florida, including the Eye Surgery & Laser Center in Winter Haven and Sebring. He earned his medical degree at the University of Florida College of Medicine, where he also completed his residency.
