Vision Benefits of America to offer 800 free PPE kits to independent practices

Vision Benefits of America will offer 800 free personal protective equipment kits to independent optometric practices, according to a Jan. 7 news release.

The initiative is in partnership with optometry supplier OptiSource, the release said. The kits will include disposable face masks, face shields, safety glasses and sanitizer. Practices will also have the chance to buy more kits for a reduced price.
