The expansion combines more than 20 physicians, 10 optometrists, two physician assistants and two surgery centers, the release said. Tidewater Eye Centers has three locations in Virginia: Chesapeake, Portsmouth and Virginia Beach.
CVP was formed in 2018, and its partner practices feature more than 150 providers.
