Freedom Meditech has announced that it has appointed Paul Karpecki, DO, FAAO, to its scientific advisory board.
Dr. Karpecki is an optometrist and fellowship-trained in refractive and cornea surgery. He currently serves as the director of clinical research at the Koffler Vision Group in Lexington, Ky.
Meditech is a San Diego-based ophthalmic technology and device company.
