Vision Innovation Partners acquired Ophthalmic Associates of Alexandria (Va.), according to a Feb. 2 press release.
Founded in 2010, Ophthalmic Associates of Alexandria, led by Jacob Clark, MD, provides eyecare and related medical treatments in the Alexandria area.
The acquisition marked Annapolis, Md.-based Vision Innovation Partners’ 27th add-on since its founding in 2017 and operates 69 locations, according to the release.
