North Carolina approves $2.9M vascular ambulatory facility

Metrolina Vascular Access Care gained conditional approval to develop an ambulatory surgical facility for $2.9 million, according to North Carolina health department documents.

1. Metrolina Vascular Access Care plans to develop the facility in Charlotte, N.C.

2. The facility will have one operating room and one procedure room dedicated to vascular access procedures for patients with end-stage renal disease.

3. Metrolina Vascular Access Care is expected to begin offering services on May 1, 2020.
