1. The organization has 12 board of director members.
2. Texas Ambulatory Surgery Center Society works to publicly advocate for ASCs in the state.
3. The Texas Ambulatory Surgery Center Society has standing committees dedicated to legislative affairs as well as programs, members and education.
4. The organization also has a political action committee, which operates exclusively within the state of Texas.
5. Texas Ambulatory Surgery Center PAC represents ASCs in Austin, Texas.
