1. Ms. Gill was the president and CEO of Savannah, Ga.-based Memorial Health.
2. During her tenure as CEO, Ms. Gill expanded Memorial’s on-campus medical school and physician residency programs with Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, Ga.
3. Her other roles at Memorial include vice president of finance and managed care and chief operating officer.
4. Novant manages various ambulatory clinics and other facilities in the region.
