Researchers Discover How Linoclotide Treats IBS Constipation

A team of researchers, led by the University of Adelaide in Australia, has found the mechanism of pain relief from the drug Linaclotide, used to treat irritable bowel syndrome with constipation.

The researchers found the drug to be effective in relieving IBS-C, and the journal of Gastroenterology published the results.
