Real estate investment trust acquires 5 medical office buildings for $30.4M — 4 insights

Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT II acquired five medical office buildings in Benton, Ark., and Hot Springs, Ark., for $30.4 million, OAonline reports.

1. The five medical office buildings are fully leased. Their combined footprint totals 147,792 square feet.

2. Four of the buildings are leased to Benton-based Saline Memorial Hospital. Two of the Saline-owned buildings are on the hospital’s main campus, while the other two are nearby.

3. The fifth building houses Hot Springs-based National Park Endoscopy Center.

4.
