He subspecializes in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease, Crohn’s Disease and ulcerative colitis.
Dr. Ginsburg’s career began after he earned his degree from Philadelphia’s Thomas Jefferson University. He completed an internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of Chicago. He completed a fellowship at Baltimore’s Johns Hopkins Hospital.
He is active in the research community. He is the medical director of research at the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Center of Connecticut.
Dr. Ginsburg is a member of several professional societies including the American College of Gastroenterology and the American Gastroenterological Association. He is a diplomat with the American Board of Internal Medicine.
