University of Minnesota to build M Health Clinics & Surgery Center

The University of Minnesota, based in Minneapolis and St. Paul, will own a 2.29-acre block of land by September, according to a Minnesota Daily report.

The total cost for the land acquisition will total approximately $26 million. Nearby the newly acquired land, the university is in the process of building the M Health Clinics and Surgery Center. The project was previously called the Ambulatory Care Center, according to the report.
