AmSurg plans to release 2014 fourth quarter and full year financial results on Feb. 25.
The ambulatory surger center company will host a conference call after the results are released. As of Sept. 30, the company was affiliated with 243 facilities. Last year, AmSurg acquired Sheridan Healthcare.
