Surgery Partners Acquires 50th Ambulatory Surgery Center

Surgery Partners has announced it has acquired its 50th ambulatory surgery center, a facility in Orange City, Fla., according to a Surgery Partners report.

The surgery center is identified by Surgery Partners as one of Central Florida’s newest outpatient multispecialty surgical facilities.

 

The acquisition gives Surgery Partners 16 centers in Florida.

 

Surgery Partners has invested in 38 new surgical centers in 2011, according to the report.
