Hershey, Pa.-based Penn State Health has become the sole owner of the Surgery Center of Lancaster (Pa.).
According to a Feb. 11 news release, Penn State took over the ASC Jan. 1. Previously the health system held 60% majority ownership in the ASC.
The Surgery Center of Lancaster offers both adult and pediatric procedures, including ear, nose and throat procedures, ophthalmology and orthopedic surgeries.
