Paradise Valley council recommends approving new outpatient surgery center — 3 details

The Paradise Valley (Ariz.) Town Council will consider approving a new medical office building in the Scottsdale, Ariz., area Jan. 24, The Paradise Valley Independent reports.

Here are three details:

1. The Planning Commission sent the council a recommendation to approve a building featuring an outpatient surgery center, an urgent care facility and a retail pharmacy.

2. Newly elected Paradise Valley Town Council Member Anna Thomasson said the development is one of several topics that should be top-of-mind for local residents.

3. The council plans to review the specific use permit application during a work study session.
