2. Coastal Physicians Medical Group has three locations in the Los Angeles area. The group has served the area since the 1970s.
3. HealthCare Partners closed the acquisition Dec. 1, 2018.
4. Coastal Physicians Medical Group President and CEO Luis Magdaleno, MD, said, “I am thrilled to merge with HealthCare Partners and DaVita Medical Group. This will allow us to continue our pursuit of excellence in patient care in a larger platform which will positively impact our patients.”
