As of 2012, Mr. Jeanneault had previously served as NorthStar’s executive vice president and head of asset management for NorthStar Healthcare and the healthcare investment division of NorthStar Realty.
Mr. Flaherty will continue to serve as director and member of NorthStar’s investment committees.
