Red Rocks Surgery Center building sold for $58M

An undisclosed buyer has acquired the Red Rocks Medical Center building in Golden, Colo., for $58 million, according to a Denver Business Journal report.

The facility houses Red Rocks Surgery Center and HCA-Health One’s Radiation Oncology Center, amongst others.
