New York developer looks to build outpatient clinic — 3 insights

Caliber Brokerage and WellNow Urgent Care are seeking city approval to build a 3,500-square-foot medical clinic in Buffalo, N.Y., The Buffalo News reports.

What you should know:

1. Caliber, a Rochester, N.Y.-based developer, would build a single-story outpatient facility and a 35-spot parking lot.

2. The building would require the developer to demolish two commercial storefronts and two multifamily residences.

3. The city of Buffalo denied the application once, stating the center would be an undesirable change to the neighborhood.
