2. Atkins bought the building from property management firm Tomasso Brothers.
3. Investment advisory team HHF brokered the deal. HHF Senior Director Ben Appel said in a statement to Commercial Property Executive, “It’s the strength and quality of the Hartford Healthcare system and its leadership, coupled with the right ambulatory strategy, that has so strongly reinforced its position in the central Connecticut market.”
